“I want to thank you for the TeleCare benefit my employer provided me. I called my doctor today and was told I couldn't get into see him for two weeks. I hung up and immediately called TeleCare. The receptionist took my name and information and told me a doctor would call me back shortly. Thirty-five minutes later a doctor called, asked me questions about my problems and told me he was going to have a prescription waiting at my pharmacy. He said if I wasn't better in five days to go to a local doctor but that he was confident I would be fine. “I have used it twice in the past month. They quickly diagnosed what I had, provided accurate medical advice, and had my prescription to the local pharmacy, all in less than a hour both times!! I didn't have to leave my home and waiting in a doctor's office when I was in pain and contagious. Obviously there are some illness or injuries you need to see a doctor face to face for, but there are a lot of things you don't. I will go to TelaCare first whenever appropriate! ”

With little time to get sick and when it does hit it is after 5pm on a Friday, after my GP Dr. was unavailable and course closed on the weekend. Going to urgent care is so expensive, much less get them to answer the phone or give a straight answer of the cost or co-pay. TelaCare is the 2nd time I've used it. It's better than your regular Dr. - they know your history, know what meds are taking or have taken and can get you back on your feet.
